ABOUT WOMANIMAL

                            

Womanimal is a project campaign created by seven women students whose voice and thought are within the nearly extinct animal species. Our intentions are to create the image of feminist & ecology at once, to create the awareness of adventurous wildlife that close to nature and animals. Also, since we're seeing the phenomeon that has happened in Fashion Industry – the animal used for clothing, the animal abused that has something to do with feminism. Here to break women’s stereotype “women are only care about beatuy and lifestyle” “are not friendly with the wildlife animals” Here's to give woman emppowerment and pledge our support towards Symbiotic Mutualism among all living creature on planet earth. And, the fact about Indonesia has the most biological diversity in Asia, and with the most endangered species and had many various of fauna that need to be protected, but oftenly, most young women are unaware of it. Womanimal is also a privilege for us to serve the country.

V I S I O N

1. Young generation to conserve animal which threatened of extinction by being safely overwatch their sorrounding and change their lifestyle.

2. More Indonesian women acknowledge Indonesia had the most potential of wildlife with the Biodiversity and millions Fauna.

3. More Indonesian women urged to get involved in climate change & envionment.

4. More women acknowledge Ecofeminism (The Green Politics)

M I S S I O N

1. Give awareness to the society especially young  generation to action in preserve endangered animals.

2. Facilitate the endangered animals by maintaining their viability.

3. Working closely with Influencer, World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and other communities with a common purpose.

4. Apply and promote animals from all around the world.

5. Work with adventurous society especially young women to close with nature and animals.

6. Engage more women in climate change.

Animal Priorities: Polar Bear. Now Polar Bear threatened to be extinct cause of their habitat is almost dissapear due to climate change effects. Polar Bears skin appears to be black although it suppose to be white




Lucyana Hendrika Lie | The Partnership & Content Editor of Womanimal.
Animal Priorities: Elephant. Elephants are highly emotional, baby African elephants who watch their families slaughtered and poached will wake up screaming in the middle of the night. 


Annisa Purnama | The Partnership & Collabaration of Womanimal.
Animal Priorities: Leopard. This animal being hunted for their beautiful skin, the leopard is one of the rarest big cat in the world. This animal found along the border area between the southeast Russia and northeast China faces massive habitat destruction and loss. Now only about 30 leopards live in the wild.

Animal Priorities: Panda. Because they're nearly extinct caused of habitat loss. The government of china destroys Panda’s habitat and build some factories.



Kartika mustika asih | Documentation for Womanimal
Animal Priorities: Dolphins.  Because of they're highly intelligent marine mammals and are part of the family of toothed whales that includes orcas and pilot whales. They are found worldwide, mostly in shallow seas of the continental shelves, and are carnivores, mostly eating fish and squid. Dolphin coloration varies, but they are generally gray in color with darker backs than the rest of their bodies.

Animal Priorities: Tiger. The world’s population of tigers have some basic necessities in order to survive. As human populations increase, urbanisation and development seem to be a necessary evil, robbing the wildlife of their natural habitat. they are quickly hunted or killed due to fear or the threat of their killing the local farmers’ livestock.
